Ceramic Fibre Low Temp (Per Roll / Per Ft²)
Durablanket® ceramic fibre is a high-strength, needled insulating blanket that is made from spun Fiberfrax ceramic fibres. The extra-long spun fibres, cross-locked through a unique forming process, produce a blanket with exceptional handling strength. The Durablanket product range is completely inorganic and available from us in two temperature grades of the same densities and sizes.
1250 Grade – Low Temp – Max Temp 1250ºC
1400 Grade – High Temp – Max Temp 1400ºC
Both Grades available to purchase Per Ft² or Per Roll
(1″x 12″x 12″ PER FT² / 1″ x 48″(2ft) X 288″(24ft) PER ROLL )
FIBRE GRADE |
FIBRE DENSITY | FIBRE THICKNESS | ROLL WIDTH | ROLL LENGTH |
1250 | 96 KG/M3 | 25 MM | 610 MM | 7320 MM |
1400 | 96 KG/M3 | 25 MM | 610 MM | 7320 MM |
**PLEASE NOTE: WHEN WE ARE CUTTING PER FT² – THE ROLL COMES IN 2 FT (24″) WIDTH THEREFORE IF YOU ORDER 6FT² IT WILL BE CUT AS 2FT x 3FT (24″ x 36″)
UNLESS YOU SPECIFY OTHERWISE IN ORDER NOTES WHEN ORDERING**
